천체, 북극광, 지구의 지형 등 우주와 지질학적 현상은 항상 나의 호기심을 자극한다. 특히 '이것이 어떻게 형성되었을까?'라는 궁금증은 물질의 형태와 색상이 변화되는 순간의 모습을 상상하게 하고 매료시킨다. 그 변화에 대한 탐구는 재료가 물리적, 화학적으로 반응하는 순간에 집중하게 한다. 나는 이러한 연구를 조형물에 표현함으로써 유리라는 작은 렌즈를 통해 우리가 살고 있는 지구의 아름다움과 우주의 신비로움을 포착한다.

Space and geological phenomena, such as celestial bodies, the Northern Lights, and the Earth's topography, always stimulate my curiosity. The question ‘How was this formed?’ makes me imagine the moment when the shape and color of materials change. Pondering these changes brings my focus to the moments of physical and chemical reactions.  The manifestation of this analysis in my sculptures captures the beauty of the Earth and the mysteriousness of the universe through the small lens called glass.
