적막한 공간 속에서 한땀 한땀 수를 놓듯 문양을 찍어갑니다. 어느 순간 잡다한 생각은 없어지고 작업과 하나가 돼 고요한 춤을 추듯 나아갑니다. 일련의작업 과정을 통해 마음은 수행자처럼 차분해지고 경건해집니다. 인화문은 내면에 응집된 에너지, 본능, 감정 등을 표현한 하나의 시각적 기호입니다. 이번 전시에서는 파란색과 흰색을 사용한 무한한 확장(Infinite Expansion) 시리즈를 중점적으로 선보입니다. 쉼 없이 찍히는 작은 점들이 뻗어나가며 무의식의 세계까지 에너지가 확장되는 느낌을 퍼져나가는 듯한 동심원과 절제된 선으로 표현했습니다. 본능과 감정을 넘어 우리를 자유로움과 무한의 세계로 이끄는 힘과 생명력이 가득한 초월적인 색채의 여정을 함께해 주시길 바랍니다.

In a silent space, the Inhwamun patterns are meticulously imprinted, such as embroidering stitch by stitch. At some point, trivial thoughts vanish, and I merge with the work while it progresses like a silent dance. Through this series of work processes, my mind become serene and reverent, akin to that of a meditation practitioner. The Inhwamun pattern serves as a visual language representing energy, instincts, and emotions and is more condensed within the inner self.

In this exhibition, the focus is on the Infinite Expansion series that utilizes blue and white colors. The incessant dots spread outward, conveying a sense of energy and expanding into the subconscious realm. Using the blue surface, the expansion of concentric circles seems to spread out with restrained lines. Beyond instinct and emotion, I hope that audiences will join me on a transcendent journey filled with the energy and vitality of freedom and the infinite world of color.
